Kersey is an experienced executive advisor with expertise in med-tech engineering, operations, strategic product planning, and business strategy, reflecting a 20+ year career in senior executive positions at Rapid Oxygen Co., PCI Medical (now part of CIVCO, a Roper Co.), Xhale Assurance (now part of Philips), and CAS Medical Systems (now part of Edwards). 

During his career in engineering, operations, and executive management, he has built empowered teams to produce disruptive products on time, on budget, and while meeting the customer’s needs. He is an experienced and entrepreneurial innovation partner, leading cross-functional teams globally with clear actionable direction.

Kersey has touched all aspects of business and has a keen awareness as to the importance of each department in the overall success of a program, be it at the corporate level or at the individual project level. Having broad experience at all levels of a company and in all departments, he is able to navigate through the entire product life-cycle, from the earliest scratching of an idea to the launch and establishment of production and sales distribution channels. 

Kersey has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environmental Sciences from the University of Warwick (UK) and a H.Tec. in Electronics from the University of South Wales (UK). He moved to the US in 1991 and is a green card holder. 

He provides broad expertise in all aspects of small business, particularly strategy, go-to-market, change management, operations, software and electronic design, embedded firmware, and engineering and project management, as well as having a vast technical skill-set. He is passionate about what he does and enjoys both learning from and mentoring those around him as well as working with new clients.
